Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time, school-based position in Arcadia, Louisiana for the 20252026 school year. This role provides the opportunity to support students' physical development and mobility goals in an educational environment while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to K12 students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families

Document progress and maintain accurate therapy records

Support students in improving functional mobility, gross motor skills, and access to educational activities
Qualifications

Active Louisiana Physical Therapist license (required)

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently across multiple student needs
